The basement of the house includes a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment (Technogym cardio and bodybuilding equipment).
Upstairs you will find a large terrace for aperitifs, lunches, or dinners with an unobstructed view of the palm grove and the Atlas.
Outside, you have at your disposal a large 30-metre pool with a shallow bathing area for children (Pool is not secured), a pergola by the swimming pool for al fresco dining, a large manicured garden filled with flowers, olive trees and a 6-holes golf with a pétanque field. You can play badminton but the equipment is upon request.
