Get Quoteing Conditions:
At the time of reservation, the customer will pay 50% (fifty percent) of the booking amount for the booking confirmation, while the rest of 50% (fifty percent) will be paid from six (6) to four (4) weeks prior to the client’s arrival date, depending on the property’s conditions (some exceptions may apply).
Should damages be found in the Property rented by the customer, our company (MERVEILLE – in property of Pavel Travel SRL) reserves the right to hold the customer security deposit until all damages are fully paid (or deducted from the security deposit). Our company will collect the security deposit fifteen (15) days prior to the booking arrival date. No client will be granted access to the rented property without a security deposit paid fully. For some properties, a service deposit and/or a security deposit can be asked to be paid by credit card upon arrival. The minimum age of the person who will pay for the reservation must be at least 18 years and will have the authority from all persons in the group to make the booking. For a reservation to be confirmed, a rental contract must be signed between our company and the customer.
We do not assume the responsibility to reserve or maintain the availability of any property without the client paying the respective advance and without signing the contract by both parties.
For bookings made within six (6) weeks prior to the beginning of the rental, full payment is required upon booking. Deposit payments vary depending on the property and will be detailed in the booking and payment information, as well as in the rental contract.
Cancellation Policy:
Specific cancellation conditions can be decided by owners and applied to each reservation. Each stay booked at any of the villas imposes specific cancellation conditions that will be made known in the contract that the client will receive before booking the desired villa. These conditions shall be detailed in the rental contract.
