La Datcha – Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany

Step inside the historical palazzo of La Datcha Forte dei Marmi and be transported back to 1930, when the Classical-style building was first erected just 30 metres away from the Tuscan coastline. Over time, the palazzo has undergone a stunning transformation. Today, the building is a beautiful blend of old and new, with its architectural beauty shining through against a backdrop of contemporary design.

The palazzo spans four floors, with plenty of space for guests to enjoy their stay to the fullest. On the ground floor, you’ll find two living rooms, a dining room, a cocktail area, a bar, two working spaces, a cinema, and a spa centre with a swimming pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a sunbathing terrace.

Upstairs, ten spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms await, each featuring a dressing room and a bathroom for maximum comfort. The upper floor also boasts an outdoor terrace with a garden, sun loungers, armchairs, and a bar—perfect for evening gatherings.

But it’s not just the inside that’s impressive—the palazzo also offers a range of fun and engaging activities for guests of all ages. Kids will love the activity room and amusement arcade with racing simulators, while adults can make use of the gym, cigar room, business centre, library, and state-of-the-art TrackMan four golf simulator.

Of course, the real star of the show is our private beach, reserved only for the villa guests. Here, you’ll find 12 sunshade patios, a beach gym, and a 24 sq metre swimming pool for your enjoyment. Take a dip in the refreshing jacuzzi, stroll through the beachfront garden, or participate in a poolside yoga class. The beach also offers a bar and restaurant, perfect for sipping a cold drink and taking in the stunning sea views.
