Dar Paipou – Marrakech

Dar Paipou is a beautiful architectural house on the Amelkis Golf Course in Marrakech. The villa is located in the private and secured resort of Amelkis in Marrakech located 500 metres from the golf clubhouse. The villa overlooks the 6th hole of the Green course, the pond.

You will enjoy 180 degrees views of the Atlas Mountains. This fully staffed house features 3 swimming pools, a private spa, a gym, a cinema room.

The house leads to a double living room with fireplace with direct access to the vast terrace and pool. The living room has a cocktail bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate entrance for the staff. The dining area with fireplace is perfect will welcome 10 to 16 guests.
There is an elevator lift serving all levels.
The lower floor of the house is organized around a large private spa with access to the outside. On one side there is an open courtyard embellished with plants and a small swimming pool. The other side leads to the garden via a staircase overlooking a petanque field.
The spa consists of a steam room (hammam), a sauna, a massage room, 3 separate spaces: 2 electric heating tables and a comfortable folding table, a hairdressing salon and manicure table, and an indoor heated pool with hot tubs and water bike. On the lower floor there is also a fitness room with equipment by Technogym and a cinema lounge with sofas and bar
