This villa is a haven of peace in the most exclusive area of the Palmeraie of Marrakech just minutes from the city center. It is a vast property of several hectares planted with olive trees and palm trees. At the heart of this unique garden is one of the oldest houses of the Palmeraie, an exclusive place built on the foundations of an old farmhouse made of earth and stone. Royaume des Oliviers is located on the Palmeraie less than 5 minutes from the Palmeraie golf course. Car access to Marrakech is very rapid. The place is absolutely quiet and offers the best of this beautiful palm grove.

A competent and discreet staff is available each day to prepare a subtle Moroccan cuisine and take care of the daily maintenance of the house. A car with chauffeur seating 4 extra people is available.

Other	The house is composed of three areas: – The large courtyard that gives access to three large suites and the living room and dining room and the large terrace in front of the olive grove. – Beyond this area you reach a second small courtyard around which are three additional bedrooms. – Then you reach the swimming pool surrounded by trees overlooked by two large suites. In all rooms the decor is simple and unpretentious, the atmosphere of the house is cheerful and warm: wooden furniture, traditional ceilings of cedar logs, beige fabrics. The large living room with its fireplace is widely open on a beautiful terrace from which you can go for a walk in the huge park of the property. The dining room is adjacent to the living room.
Outdoor	The swimming pool is in the middle of the terrace, with deckchairs around it in the shade if the Morrocan sun heats too much during summer. Thanks to the outdoor dining table, you can have your lunch under the trees, and enjoy your dinner under the stars. A private tennis court is available.
