The villa’s running water and electricity are supplied by solar panels and a generator. The house equipment is of excellent quality: flat-screen TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, sound system for MP3 player, lounge chairs by the pool.

Indoors

Made in a traditional and eco-responsible way, Dar Abiad was built by the best local craftsmen. The technique of tadelakt has been honored and adorns each room of the villa in different colors which gives it its unique character.
On the ground floor is the entrance which serves 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and small adjoining children’s bedrooms. The large living room, located under a dome without edges, is connected to the dining room for 12 people as well as to the large modern kitchen.
On the 1st floor, there are two red and white master suites, in tadelakt. Both bright and spacious, each has its
bathroom and a private terrace. This level also offers a large living room with a fireplace, extended by a large panoramic terrace over the entire length of the villa.
