This beautiful Marrakech villa is located in the heart of the Amelkis Estate, less than 5 minutes walk from the Amelkis Golf Club and a short distance from the golf practice.
The villa offers excellent comfort and house staff for the duration of your stay. Staff will look after the preparation of meals, maintenance of the house, house cleaning and your general comfort.
Access to the house private grounds is through a main entrance with a gate (private parking) and an outside door. The house overlooks a small and very quiet place where it is possible to park one or more cars. The garden surrounding the villa is planted with many beautiful palm and citrus trees.
The door entrance to the villa gives access to a large living-dining room under a very high moorish dome. The living room is cozy and warm with long sofas and a fireplace. The dining room can accommodate 10 people.
The living room opens onto a very nice courtyard with a covered terrace where you can bask in the shade. You can have lunch in the courtyard under the shade of bougainvilleas. Beyond is the pool with its sun loungers and the pool house.
A charming terrace with an outdoor lounge area is located next to the pool house behind the house. There is a bar area in the pool-house veranda. The pool is heated on request during the winter.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs including a beautiful suite with 2 ensuite bathrooms.
Khadija, Rachida and Rachid have been working at the villa for several years. They will prepare fantastic meals, look after housekeeping and maintenance of the garden and pool.

Dar 118 used to be a traditional house of the Sidi Mimoune district in the Medina of Marrakech. The riad was entirely redesigned in 2010 by Ludovic Petit as a very private retreat. The other major feature of Dar 118 is the unobstructed view of the gardens of the legendary Mamounia palace.
The view from the rooftop terrace is indeed one of the most pleasant in Marrakech.
Dar 118 is organized as a riad with its open central courtyard, which is also covered in winter. A spiral staircase distributes floors. The decor is minimalist, with designer furnishings with a Beldi touch (traditional), beautiful large prints and photos ornating the living room and bedrooms.
The house offers two double bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet. Located on the first floor, one of the room has a kindgsize bed and the other one has a king-size bed convertible in two single beds (90cm). They have direct access to the gallery’s first floor. The bathrooms are beautiful, comfortable and of contemporary style. An additional bedroom or office area with shower and toilet is available in the patio.
Dar 118 has a large living room with a fireplace and dining area. Guests will appreciate the beautiful dining room table designed by Ludovic Petit. The kitchen is well-equipped and features an espresso machine. The house also comprises a hammam and massage room (Masseur and beautician on request).
On the roof terrace, lounge area with dining tables and an exclusive view of the gardens of Mamounia, in the shade of large parasols. The heated pool is a real treat.
The villa staff consist of a manager, a cook and a maid taking care of every detail in the riad.
